Be a Vet for a Day- Calling all kids......Animal Oasis of the Rockies Veterinary Hospital is excited to announce our Vet for a Day event happening later this year. A Vet for a Day provides an opportunity for your child to spend up to four (4) hours in our hospital with one of our veterinarians and the clinic staff. It gives kids the chance to learn about veterinary medicine by shadowing a veterinarian during wellness exams, watch what goes on behind the scenes of the hospital and if comfortable, observe a surgery. We evaluate your child's comfort level and will make sure they have an experience of a lifetime.
Grand Opening and Pet Fair Extravaganza - Fun for the entire family, come join us at our Grand Opening Pet Fair Extravaganza coming in late 2020/early 2021. Meet our staff, take a tour of the hospital, WIN prizes including a year supply of heartworm and flea prevention, enjoy kid's activities like face painting, balloon animals by a clown and so much more. We look forward to meeting all of you and sharing our passion for animal at our Pet Fair Extravaganza!
Stitch Your Stuffy Day - Does your child have a stuffy (stuffed animal) that is in need of some TLC? Look no further, we will be offering to have our experience veterinarians perform a minimally invasive procedure to stitch up your stuffy. The best part? You and your child can observe the entire procedure and snap some pictures to share! More information about Stitch Your Stuffy Day coming soon.
Kitty Yoga - What's better than Yoga to create a balanced mind and body? How about doing it surrounded by adoptable kittens? Please join us for our Kitty Yoga classes where ALL proceeds to benefit the local Humane Society.
Pet Photo Contest - Send us a picture of your favorite fur baby and WIN a free annual exam including all recommended vaccinations and testing. Be creative, tell us why your pet should be chose!
Adopt a Stuffy Month - Your child(ren) will have the opportunity to adopt a rescue stuffy (stuffed animal) from Animal Oasis of the Rockies which will include an adoption certificate. All donations will go to a local children's charity. We would love to hear your recommendations for charities!
