Meet Ashley, one of our amazing veterinary technicians! Born and raised in Colorado, Ashley has had a passion for veterinary medicine since she was little, making her dream of working with animals a reality.

Originally from Texas, Erin brings a deep love for animals and the ocean to our team. She holds a degree in marine biology and previously worked in Hawaii as a snorkel guide and whale watch naturalist.

Veniece brings a fun-loving and compassionate energy to our front desk! A proud vegetarian and future vet tech, she’s currently studying hard to make her dream of working hands-on with animals a reality.

Sarah recently joined our team after moving to Colorado from Oklahoma, though she's originally from Arkansas. She made the move for the beautiful scenery and endless outdoor adventures Colorado has to offer.

Dr. Julie Dobbs is a California native, born and raised just north of San Francisco. She has wanted to be a veterinarian since she could remember, and she considered all fields from livestock to lab animals but chose small animal medicine for its dedicated pet parents.

Hi, I'm Dr. Vandenheuvel (you may know me as Dr. Van!) from Animal Oasis of the Rockies.

Dr. Katie Kelley joined the Animal Oasis of the Rockies team in January 2025, bringing her passion for veterinary medicine and compassionate care to every patient. Originally from Omaha, Nebraska, Dr. Kelley’s journey into veterinary medicine was inspired by her childhood beagle, Abbie.

Dr. Rachel Walla is originally from San Antonio, Texas. She has always had an interest in science and realized in high school that she wanted to combine her love for science and animals and pursue a career in veterinary medicine.

Andrea grew up in the Midwest where she attended Butler University with a focus in Psychology. Andrea decided that business ownership was the only way to go, she started and grew several small businesses until starting Ani

Trinity was born and raised in Colorado. She initially pursued a career as a phlebotomist but soon discovered her true passion in working with animals, and she hasn’t looked back since.
